Letter Portrait Project - NPH

This was the 3rd assignment in my Computer Aided Graphic Design course that I took my sophomore year in high school.

The task was to take a grayscale photo of a person and recreate it using solely letters.
I decided to use a photo of Neil Patrick Harris ([link]). I recreated his face using the letters of his full name.
His suit is comprised of solid colors because I didn't want to cause a sensory overload by using too much information.

Out of the three assigned projects, I think this one turned out my favorite result. It was a bitch to do, though. D:
